, the electric vehicle (EV) brand under Beijing Automotive Group (BAIC Group), has reduced prices on several of its models by up to 23% as part of an effort to drive sales in China’s competitive EV market.
The company lowered the starting price of its Arcfox αT5 mid-size SUV to RMB 119,800 ($16,440) from RMB 155,800, marking a reduction of RMB 36,000, or 23.11%.

The most significant price drop applies to the entry-level αT5, while the higher-end versions saw a price cut of RMB 32,000. Additionally, Arcfox is offering an RMB 8,000 voucher subsidy on these variants.
The price of the Arcfox αS5 electric sedan has also been reduced by RMB 32,000 across all trims, with an RMB 8,000 voucher available. Meanwhile, the company introduced a limited-time RMB 10,000 discount on the Kaola S model.

Following the adjustments, the Arcfox αT5 is now available in five variants, ranging from RMB 119,800 to RMB 167,800. The Arcfox αS5, offered in four versions, starts between RMB 127,800 and RMB 184,800. The Kaola S, available in two configurations, is priced at RMB 109,800 and RMB 119,800.
