ArcFox, the premium new energy vehicle brand of China’s state-owned automaker BAIC Group, has released regulatory images and specifications for its upcoming extended-range electric MPV, following the model’s semi-concept debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show last month.
Images published in December by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) show the production-ready version of the ArcFox MPV with design elements consistent with the segment, including a large front grille, darkened headlight units and an elongated cabin profile. A prominent ArcFox badge dominates the front fascia. The vehicle is built on the BE22 platform and will be offered exclusively with a seven-seat interior layout.

According to the filing, the ArcFox MPV measures 5,300 mm in length, 1,980 mm in width and 1,850 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,200 mm. The vehicle is powered by an extended-range electric drivetrain combining a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine rated at 118 kW with a 227 kW electric motor.
The listed top speed is 190 km/h, which is above average for MPVs in China’s new energy vehicle market. Curb weight is reported at 2,525 kg, placing it at the lower end of the range for vehicles of its size and configuration.

ArcFox plans to launch the new MPV in the Chinese market in the first half of 2026, as domestic automakers continue to expand their extended-range offerings to address consumer demand for longer driving range alongside electric performance.
