QCraft has completed a $100 million Series D funding round, as the company intensifies its focus on advanced autonomous driving and physical artificial intelligence technologies.
The funding, backed by a leading domestic automaker and several industrial funds, will be used to expand research and development in areas such as world models and reinforcement learning, while also strengthening organizational capabilities and talent development, QCraft said in a statement.
Yu Qian, co-founder and chief executive of QCraft, said the company will shift its strategic focus toward Level 4 autonomous driving and general-purpose physical AI, alongside accelerating its expansion into international markets.
Yu said 2026 is expected to be a pivotal year for artificial intelligence development, with significant opportunities emerging in real-world applications. He identified autonomous driving as a key entry point for advancing physical AI technologies.
QCraft said its advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) have already been deployed in around one million vehicles, with nearly 10 partner automakers and close to 30 supported vehicle models. The company expects to expand this to more than 50 new partner models by 2026, with most equipped with urban navigation capabilities.
In the Level 4 segment, QCraft said it has entered the autonomous delivery vehicle market through partnerships across the industry value chain. Its delivery vehicles are already operating in multiple locations under what it described as a “production-to-operation” model.
The company also plans to launch pilot robotaxi services in 2026, with broader commercial deployment targeted for 2027.
