Zeekr, the electric mobility technology brand by Geely Holding Group, has announced the opening of its inaugural Zeekr Center in Europe, situated in Stockholm’s Norrmalm District at Gallerian, Hamngatan 37. This flagship location exemplifies Zeekr’s dedication to a customer-centric approach, providing a curated and exclusive brand experience.
The establishment of the Zeekr Center in Stockholm signifies a key development in the brand’s global expansion, aiming to make luxury electric vehicles accessible to European customers. The center serves as a showcase for Zeekr’s first two all-electric models available in Europe: the Zeekr 001 luxury shooting brake and the Zeekr X urban compact luxury SUV.
Designed as a spacious and immersive environment, the Zeekr Center in Stockholm allows customers to configure and order vehicles on 42-inch 4K screens. Zeekr product experts are present to demonstrate the technologies within the vehicles, including augmented-reality head-up displays and AI voice assistants integrated into infotainment systems.
Aligning with Zeekr’s One-Stop-Shop approach, the center offers a personalized ownership experience, providing services ranging from finance, insurance, home wallbox installation, and public charging solutions to vehicle servicing and extended warranties. The space is crafted not just for transactions but as a relaxing and exclusive environment for customers. A dedicated lounge allows visitors to browse Zeekr merchandise and co-branded goods.
Spiros Fotinos, Zeekr Europe CEO, emphasized the significance of the European Zeekr Center in Stockholm, stating, “The inauguration… is a cornerstone of Zeekr’s global strategy. Our innovative direct-to-customer model ensures a refined and rewarding ownership experience, integral to our mission of enriching customer relationships and solidifying our footprint in the electric mobility space.”
The expansion continues with the next Zeekr Center set to open in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, in December, followed by additional locations in Germany starting in 2024. Zeekr aims to establish its presence in most Western European countries by 2026. The first Zeekr vehicles for customers in Sweden and the Netherlands are scheduled for delivery by the end of this year, with German customers set to receive theirs early next year.
