Zeekr’s all-electric models, the Zeekr X and Zeekr 001, have both secured the highest possible 5-star ratings from Euro NCAP, one of the world’s most respected consumer safety assessments. The ratings were awarded under more stringent protocols in 2024, highlighting the exceptional safety standards of Zeekr vehicles.
Both models also received 5-star Green NCAP ratings, recognizing their outstanding contributions to sustainable development. These accolades underscore the advanced safety features and environmentally friendly technologies integrated into Zeekr vehicles.

Developed from the state-of-the-art Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) platform for pure EVs, the Zeekr 001 and Zeekr X feature inherently high levels of crash protection in their body structures.
They also come equipped with advanced driver assistance functions, including a sophisticated Autonomous Emergency Braking system (AEB) that responds to vulnerable road users and a Driver Monitoring System (DMS) that detects signs of fatigue or distraction in the driver.
Additionally, the models boast a Child Presence Detection (CPD) system, which alerts drivers to the presence of children or pets inadvertently left in the rear seat. These safety features played a crucial role in earning the 5-star safety ratings from Euro NCAP.
In the Green NCAP assessments, both the Zeekr 001 and Zeekr X received the highest ratings for their energy efficiency and performance in mitigating pollutant emissions. Technologies such as intelligent thermal management systems with heat pumps help reduce energy consumption and increase real-world range, further enhancing the vehicles’ sustainability credentials.
