Zeekr Power, the in-house electric vehicle charging business of Zeekr Group, has opened its first megawatt-level charging station in Thailand, expanding its charging infrastructure network in one of Southeast Asia’s growing electric vehicle markets.
The new facility was developed in partnership with TPM Automotive and charging technology provider Sinexcel at the Zeekr House Charoen Nakhon dealership in Bangkok’s Thon Buri district.
New Station Supports Up to Eight EVs Simultaneously
The charging site is equipped with Sinexcel’s 960-kilowatt ultra-fast charging stack, with the option to expand total installed capacity to 1,280 kilowatts through the addition of extra power modules.
The facility includes one 700-amp liquid-cooled ultra-fast charger and three 500-amp air-cooled ultra-fast chargers. Each charger is fitted with two charging connectors, allowing up to eight electric vehicles to charge at the same time.
Each charging point can deliver up to 480 kilowatts of power, enabling compatible electric vehicles equipped with 800-volt or higher-voltage architectures to utilize ultra-fast charging capabilities.
To demonstrate the station’s performance, Zeekr Power simultaneously charged two Zeekr 7X electric SUVs from 20% to 80% battery capacity in approximately 10 minutes.

In Thailand, the Zeekr 7X is available with either a 75 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery capable of charging at up to 450 kilowatts or a 100 kWh nickel manganese cobalt (NCM) battery supporting charging speeds of up to 420 kilowatts.
Charging Network Continues to Expand
Drivers can access the new charging station through the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand’s EleXA mobile application.
Standard charging rates begin at 8 baht per kilowatt-hour. As part of the station’s launch promotion, Zeekr Power is offering a discounted charging rate starting from 6.9 baht per kilowatt-hour through July 31.
With the opening of the Bangkok facility, Zeekr Power now operates eight charging stations across Thailand, including seven in Bangkok and one in Chonburi.
The company said it plans to continue expanding its charging network by opening additional stations at Zeekr House retail locations throughout Thailand, although it has not announced a timetable for future deployments.
