Geely Holding Group’s electric mobility technology brand, Zeekr, has forged a strategic partnership with Plugsurfing to introduce a dedicated electric vehicle (EV) charging service, Zeekr Charge, tailored for its European customers.
This collaboration comes on the heels of Zeekr’s announcement in June regarding its entry into the European market with the launch of the luxury shooting brake Zeekr 001 and the urban compact luxury SUV Zeekr X in Sweden and the Netherlands, followed by Germany in September 2023. With initial vehicle deliveries set to commence later this year, Zeekr will provide its customers with a welcome pack, including a charging card and essential information, as part of the Zeekr Charge service.

Zeekr Charge will grant Zeekr drivers access to an extensive network of over 550,000 charging points spanning 27 European countries. This service, integrated into Zeekr’s comprehensive power solution known as Zeekr Power, aims to enhance the charging experience for customers.
Plugsurfing, a trusted e-mobility service provider in Europe, boasts an impressive network of more than 550,000 charge points and connects 1.5 million drivers to its platform. With a track record dating back to 2012, Plugsurfing has played a pivotal role in establishing Europe’s EV charging infrastructure in collaboration with charge point operators, automakers, and other industry players.
To deliver Zeekr Charge, Zeekr will leverage Plugsurfing’s modular e-mobility service, built on a cross-border payment platform that interfaces with over 500 charge point operators across 27 European countries. This white-label offering will incorporate automated onboarding campaigns and customized in-app features designed to facilitate a seamless transition into the world of EV ownership for Zeekr drivers. Furthermore, Plugsurfing will provide premium 24/7 customer support services to Zeekr drivers.
