Zeekr has introduced its 7X electric SUV in Australia, adding a third model to its portfolio in the market after the Zeekr X compact SUV and Zeekr 009 multi-purpose vehicle. The launch marks another step in the Chinese automaker’s global expansion strategy, with pre-sales for the 7X now underway.
The Australian range includes three configurations – rear-wheel drive (RWD), long-range RWD, and performance all-wheel drive (AWD) – priced from AUD 57,900 to AUD 72,900.

Depending on the variant, the 7X offers a driving range of between 480 km and 615 km on a full charge, with acceleration times from zero to 100 km/h ranging from 6 seconds for the base version to 3.8 seconds for the performance model.
The 7X was first launched in China in September 2024 as Zeekr’s second model aimed at the mainstream electric vehicle segment, following the Zeekr 007 sedan. Since its debut, the SUV has been rolled out across several international markets.

Pre-sales in Europe began in December 2024, covering the Netherlands, Sweden, and Norway, with the first deliveries taking place in Bergen, Norway in May this year. The model later entered Hong Kong in June 2025.
Zeekr entered Australia in October 2024 with the Zeekr X, followed by the Zeekr 009 MPV, which went on sale in November. The addition of the 7X further broadens the company’s offering in the country as it seeks to compete in both the luxury and mainstream EV segments, leveraging its expanding global presence to capture a larger share of the growing electric vehicle market.
