Zeekr, Geely’s sub-brand for premium EVs, is known to be launching the Zeekr 009 which some time ago released its exterior appearance. Now, the company has released an official teaser photo of the interior appearance of the Zeekr 009 which will debut in November.
The Zeekr 009 comes with a 15.4-inch “floating” central infotainment screen, a retractable gear selector in the area between the seats, and a small ‘sporty’ style steering wheel.
There are two cup holders between the front seats and the wireless charging pad, while the seats themselves are wrapped in perforated leather.
The Zeekr 009 comes in a six-seat layout, with two seats in each row. The second row seats have a cup holder and folding table, as well as dual speakers on each headrest. Second-row passengers also get a 15.6″ screen between them.
There’s even a touchscreen on each sliding door, with which second-row passengers can control the temperature, windows, lock and unlock doors, and blinds. An additional small touch screen is located on the B pillar to operate the sliding door.
Zeekr 009 is built on the SEA platform, which so far has also been used by Zeekr 001, Lotus Eletre, and Smart #1. The 009’s two electric motors provide a combined power output of 534 hp (392 kW).
The car measures 5,209 mm (205″) long, 2,024 mm (79″) wide and 1,856 mm (73″) high, and has a wheelbase of 3,205 mm (126″). It will use the new Qilin CATL battery, and deliveries are expected to begin in the first half of next year.
