The automotive trend that is starting to lead to electrification has made many manufacturers start competing to present their electrified products.
Even in the midst of this electrification trend, there is a new brand from Italy, namely Aehra, which is ready to show off in the world automotive industry, especially in the EV segment. Even Aehra plans to launch its first product directly targeting the premium market.
Aehra has not yet given the name of its first electric car product, which is an SUV. But this Italian manufacturer launched a leak or teaser about the grille of the first car they launched. And Aehra claims that various revolutionary technologies will be present in their first car.
One of the most interesting is that the manufacture of this EV car will be made all-electric. This means that this car will minimize the use of humans in the process of making the first electric car. In addition, Aehra said that their first car is claimed to be able to travel as far as 500 miles or up to 800 km, which makes it an electric car with the longest mileage ever made. This claim is also supported by the use of a battery with a capacity of 120 kWh.
From some of the leaks given by Aehra, it can be seen that Aehra applies a design concept that leads to elegance and aerodynamics. This appearance makes this car at a glance not like an SUV especially with the use of doors that open up like a supercar. And the use of a long LED strip also strengthens the futuristic impression which is quite unique and interesting.
In developing this car, Aehra did not play around in designing this first electric car. They recruited Filippo Perini who had worked at Lamborghini as Chief Design Officer and Alessandro Serra who had worked at Genesis Advanced Design Europe as Head of Design. So what Aehr Aini did is a signal that they are serious about targeting this luxury electric car segment.
Perini even mentions that Aehra is here to give this electric car a new feel. “With a vision that unlocks other potentials of an electric car that has never been seen before, we believe that we can become a superior and innovative brand in presenting various electric car products that are even more attractive in the future,” said Perini.
