China-based tech company Westwell unveiled two new smart logistics vehicles—the electric E-Truck S2 and autonomous Q-Truck—at TOC Europe 2025, reinforcing its strategy to transform global freight through artificial intelligence and clean energy solutions.
The company presented the vehicles under the theme “AI YOUR LOGISTICS”, along with its new ReeWell dispatch platform, part of its broader Ainergy Strategy that merges AI and energy efficiency. The E-Truck S2, a heavy-duty, driver-friendly electric truck, is equipped with Westwell’s AI Vehicle Control Unit (AI-VCU) and a next-generation steer-by-wire chassis, offering both enhanced comfort and a clear path toward future autonomy. Designed to operate for over 16 hours per charge with LFP battery options, the E-Truck S2 is also engineered for simplified maintenance and reduced operating costs.
The Q-Truck, Westwell’s flagship autonomous freight vehicle, has already proven itself in live port operations at the Port of Felixstowe in the UK and the CSP Abu Dhabi Terminal. The truck uses a Transformer-based perception and decision engine for high-precision, unmanned operations. These deployments highlight Westwell’s capabilities in real-world autonomous logistics and are positioned as global benchmarks for efficiency gains and sustainability.
Westwell also introduced ReeWell, a unified platform for multi-scenario fleet dispatch and coordination, allowing logistics operators to integrate automation across seaports, airports, and land freight networks. “The future of logistics is smart, sustainable, and collaborative,” said Westwell President Zhang Rong, calling for a global shift toward self-optimizing supply chains.
