VW ID.Buzz is now available for the UK market. Volkswagen has opened ID.Buzz pre-orders for customers in the UK. Customers can secure priority order access before the order book officially opens in July 2022.

Customers can place a £2,000 fee with their dealer until 30 June to secure a priority slot to determine their ID.Buzz. Pre-orders are available on the five-seater ID.Buzz model, but not the Cargo variant.

ID.Buzz first edition model, costs £62,995 including VAT (€73,921). ID.Buzz Life models from £57,115 (€67,021) and ID.Buzz Style models from £61,915 (€72,647) .

Prices in the UK are higher than for the European market, where VW opened the order book on May 20 with prices starting at €64,581.

ID. The Buzz is 4.71 meters long with a 77-kWh battery at market launch (gross energy content: 82 kWh) for both.

Comes in five-seater and cargo versions. Electric motor in ID. The Buzz produces 150 kW which makes it capable of reaching a top speed of 90 mph (145 km/h). ID. The Buzz has a WLTP range of 258 miles (415 km).

Charging for the electric van takes about 30 minutes to switch from

ID charging. Buzz from 5% to 80% takes about 30 minutes. VW provides an energy consumption value of 20.6 kWh/100 km for the passenger car version. The cargo version, which will follow later, is 20.4 kWh/100 km.
