Electric motorcycles are increasingly being developed by manufacturers all over the world. One of them is BMW which cooperates with TVS Motor Company from India. They agreed to cooperate to develop electric motors.

Agreement between BMW Motorrad and TVS for the joint development of new platforms and future technologies, including electric vehicles.

The ultimate goal of this partnership, is to develop a common platform, in line with global customer demands and products that will be circulated around the world. TVS will take part in the design.

Meanwhile, BMW Motorrad is developing a product that will be released in the next two years. BMW Motorrad and TVS have established a manufacturing partnership, developing the 500 cc motorcycle segment since 2013.

The result of this collaboration has given birth to the BMW G310GS and G310R as well as the TVS Apache 310RR. BMW Motorrad recently showcased the Definition CE04 e-scooter, along with the CE02 Concept prototype.
