Stromer has recently unveiled the ST7 Alinghi Red Bull Racing Limited Edition e-bike, claiming it to be the pioneering S-Pedelec equipped with the innovative Pinion Smart.Shift C1.12i electronic shifting system. This cutting-edge system offers a gear shift experience akin to paddle shifters found in sports cars, complete with a pre-selected starting gear feature. To further enhance its appeal, the bicycle also boasts a Gates Carbon Belt drive, which contributes to its low-maintenance nature, according to the brand.

At the core of the ST7 Alinghi Red Bull Racing Edition lies a robust 940W rear-wheel motor capable of providing assistance at speeds of up to 45 kph (about 28 mph) in Sport mode, delivering an impressive 52 Nm of torque. With a 1,140 Wh battery, riders can travel up to approximately 260 km (around 110 miles) on a single charge. Moreover, cyclists can conveniently connect their smartphones to the e-bike, allowing them to track the bike’s GPS location, access journey statistics, and customize settings through the Stromer OMNI app.

Among its notable features, the e-bike offers a fully integrated antilock braking system (ABS), headlights for enhanced visibility, and larger 27.5-inch tires. Additionally, riders have the option to include extras such as a suspension fork and a suspension seatpost known as Kinekt, which provide a smoother and more comfortable ride.

The sports frame is available in sizes ranging from M to XL and comes with an impressive ten-year warranty. Furthermore, the model includes a stylish leather bag adorned with the ARBR logo. Limited to just 350 units, the Stromer ST7 Alinghi Red Bull Racing Limited Edition e-bike can now be customized and ordered worldwide. Prices start at US$13,999, with the top-spec model surpassing US$15,000.
