Momentum has introduced its new Vida E+ electric bike, targeting urban commuters in the USA with a high-end specification and a starting price of $2,480.

The e-bike is available in S and L sizes and comes in three color options: abyss black, mountain air, and caramel cinnamon, and can be purchased directly through Momentum’s official website.

The Vida E+ is powered by a SyncDrive Move S 500 W motor delivering 60 Nm of torque and a top speed of 28 mph (45 km/h).

Its Energy 700 Wh battery provides up to 55 miles (88.5 km) of range on pedal assist and 43 miles (69.2 km) with throttle assist.

Built with a low step-thru ALUXX aluminum frame and SR Suntour XCM suspension with 80 mm travel, the bike ensures a comfortable ride over varied city terrains.

Designed for urban commuting, the Vida E+ comes equipped with wide 26 x 2.4” tires, 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes, a full-color LCD display, and a pre-installed Vida E-lock.

The e-bike weighs 61.7 lbs (28 kg) and supports payloads up to 300 lbs (136 kg), with compatibility for a range of accessories including lights, racks, pannier bags, and a rearview mirror.

Additional features include app-based controls, a torque sensor, 48 V 3 A fast charging, and UL-2849 certification.
