According to authorities, the Tesla driver admitted to losing control while driving his vehicle at a speed of about 120 km/h. In fact, the area is quite dense so the above speed figures are considered too high in that area.
Luckily, no one other than the driver was injured in the accident. People inside the building said they were surprised to hear a loud noise and broken glass, and saw a car that was badly damaged in the building’s lobby.
Some parties say that the car’s Autopilot feature was active at the time of the incident, but this suspicion is still being investigated by the authorities. What is clear, the authorities say that the accident caused damage worth $ 250,000 to $ 300,000.
