Tesla has raised prices for two Cybertruck variants in the United States, with the Dual-Motor AWD now priced at $74,990 and the Premium AWD at $84,990. The latest increases come as US sales of the electric pickup have declined, while Tesla has kept the range-topping Cyberbeast at $99,990.
Cybertruck Prices Increase
Tesla increased the price of the Dual-Motor AWD by $5,000, or 7.1%, from $69,990 to $74,990. This represents the second price increase for the entry-level version since its launch in February.
The Premium AWD also received a $5,000 increase, moving from $79,990 to $84,990, an increase of about 6.3%.
Tesla Begins Selling Used Cybertrucks Through Certified Inventory Program
Tesla has not changed the $99,990 price of the Cyberbeast. The latest adjustments have reduced the price difference between the Premium AWD and Cyberbeast to $15,000.
The current starting price of the Cybertruck is now 25% higher than the $59,990 introductory price Tesla offered for the Dual-Motor AWD in February.
Entry-Level Cybertruck Pricing History
Tesla introduced the Dual-Motor AWD in February at $59,990, cutting the Cybertruck’s entry price by $20,000 compared with the previously cheapest configuration.
At the same time, the existing $79,990 AWD version was renamed Premium All-Wheel Drive, while Tesla reduced the Cyberbeast’s price from $114,990 to $99,990.
The $59,990 introductory price was available for a limited period. Tesla CEO Elon Musk said when the version was launched that the offer would last for 10 days, with pricing afterward dependent on demand.

Delivery estimates during the introductory period shifted from June 2026 to September and October, with some configurations showing delivery timelines extending into 2027.
Tesla increased the Dual-Motor AWD price by $10,000 at the beginning of March, bringing it to $69,990, while also removing the leasing option.
The latest adjustment means the entry-level Cybertruck now costs $15,000 more than its February launch price, just over six months after its introduction.
Cybertruck Specifications
The Dual-Motor AWD has an estimated driving range of 325 miles, or approximately 523 kilometres.
The electric pickup is equipped with adaptive damping suspension, a powered tonneau cover and power outlets mounted in the bed. The outlets support Tesla’s Powershare vehicle-to-everything functionality.
The Dual-Motor AWD has a towing capacity of 7,500 pounds, or around 3.4 tonnes. This is lower than the Premium AWD’s 11,000-pound, or approximately 5-tonne, towing capacity.
US Cybertruck Sales Decline
The price increases come as Cybertruck sales in the US have weakened.
Cox Automotive data cited by EV indicates that Tesla sold 3,519 Cybertrucks in the first quarter of 2026, representing a 45.1% decline from the same period a year earlier and a 15% decrease from the previous quarter.
Cox Automotive estimated US Cybertruck sales at 20,200 units for the full year in 2025, compared with 39,000 units in 2024.
Tesla does not report Cybertruck deliveries separately in its vehicle delivery figures.
