Tesla has expanded its lineup of accessories for the Cybertruck with the introduction of two new items on its website this week, catering to outdoor enthusiasts and cargo haulers.
The newly launched products include the Cybertruck tailgate shield and the Cybertruck jumpseat, both designed as tailgate accessories.
The tailgate shield serves as a protective pad for securing items like bicycles on either side of the tailgate, featuring ample internal space and a combination lock carabiner for added security.
Meanwhile, the foldable Cybertruck jumpseat provides a portable seating solution that can be attached to the tailgate shield, whether in use or stored away. Tesla highlights the versatility of the jumpseat, suggesting users can fit up to three along the Cybertruck’s tailgate, offering comfortable seating options for outdoor activities such as camping.
As of the latest update, Tesla’s online store indicates that the jumpseat has already sold out, whereas the tailgate shield remains available for purchase at a price of $300.
Both accessories join Tesla’s existing range of Cybertruck-specific products, including the Cybertent, tailgate ramp, and OMFG broken glass decal, as well as various interior and exterior enhancements like floor mats, storage trays, and more.
