Subaru of America has released full pricing and specifications for the 2026 Uncharted EV, an all-electric compact crossover arriving at U.S. dealerships in early 2026. With a starting MSRP of $34,995, the model becomes Subaru’s most affordable electric vehicle and enters the competitive compact crossover segment with a manufacturer-estimated driving range of more than 300 miles on the base trim.

The Uncharted will be offered in three configurations — Premium FWD, Sport and GT — all equipped with a 74.7-kWh lithium-ion battery pack and a standard North American Charging Standard (NACS) port. The Premium FWD provides 221 horsepower and the longest estimated range, while the dual-motor Sport and GT variants deliver 338 horsepower through Subaru’s Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and X-MODE Dual-Mode system. Subaru estimates the Sport trim will exceed 285 miles of range, with the GT at roughly 270 miles.

Charging capabilities include DC fast charging at up to 150 kW, allowing a 10–80% charge in approximately 28 minutes. An 11-kW onboard charger supports Level 2 home charging in about seven hours. The battery system features integrated heating and cooling, along with preconditioning shared with Subaru’s upcoming Solterra and Trailseeker EVs.

Built on the e-Global Platform, the Uncharted measures 177.8 inches in length with an 8.2-inch ground clearance and offers 25.4 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row. Standard equipment across all trims includes a 14-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, the Subaru EyeSight driver-assistance suite, heated front seats, dual wireless phone chargers, digital key, LED headlights with washers, and a 1,500-W AC outlet.

The GT variant features a panoramic glass roof, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, a Harman Kardon 11-speaker audio system, 20-inch alloy wheels and an optional two-tone roof.

Model pricing is set at $34,995 for the Premium FWD, $39,795 for the Sport and $43,795 for the GT. Premium paint options range from $475 to $970. Destination and delivery charges are $1,450, or $1,600 in Alaska. The 2026 Uncharted will be built in Japan and offered in five exterior colors, including Coastal Wolf Gray Metallic and Habanero Orange Metallic.
