Porsche is upgrading its fully electric Macan for the latest model year with a 22 kW onboard AC charger as standard on the Macan GTS and Macan Turbo. The faster charger will also be available as an option for the Macan, Macan 4 and Macan 4S, which otherwise retain an 11 kW maximum AC charging rate.
The update also introduces a new Business Package, additional standard equipment and higher starting prices across the electric Macan range.
22 kW AC Charging Added to Top Variants
The Macan GTS and Macan Turbo will receive a factory-installed 22 kW onboard charger as standard equipment. The system allows the vehicles to charge at up to 22 kW from compatible AC charging stations or wallboxes.
Porsche has not disclosed a specific charging time from 10% to 100% for the upgraded system.
Porsche to End ICE Macan Production as Brand Shifts to All-Electric Lineup
The Macan, Macan 4 and Macan 4S continue to support AC charging at up to 11 kW as standard. From the new model year, customers ordering these variants can choose the 22 kW onboard charger as an optional extra.
New Business Package Combines Equipment
Porsche is also introducing a Business Package for the Macan, Macan 4 and Macan 4S. The package combines several options that were previously available separately.
In Germany, the package costs €5,990.46 including VAT for the Macan and Macan 4, while the price for the Macan 4S is €5,299.07. Porsche says customers can save up to 45% compared with purchasing the included equipment individually.
The package includes a panoramic roof system, Matrix LED headlights, automatically dimming interior and exterior mirrors and a choice of exterior colours from the Contrasts and Shades categories.

Interior equipment includes comfort seats, a black leather package and a Bose sound system. The package also adds Servotronic Plus steering, adaptive air suspension with level control and height adjustment, and Porsche Active Suspension Management.
Electric Macan Prices Increase
Porsche has increased the starting prices for all electric Macan variants in Germany for the new model year.
| Model | New Starting Price | Previous Price |
|---|---|---|
| Macan | €82,200 | €81,200 |
| Macan 4 | €85,600 | €84,600 |
| Macan 4S | €92,200 | €91,200 |
| Macan GTS | €106,100 | €104,200 |
| Macan Turbo | €117,800 | €115,500 |
Porsche said the price changes are partly related to expanded standard equipment. Further details on the additional equipment are expected separately.
More Driver Assistance Features Become Standard
The latest model year adds adaptive cruise control as standard across the electric Macan range.
Automated Parking with 2D Surround View is also included. Porsche says the system can identify parking spaces between and in front of objects and automatically handle parking manoeuvres for parallel and perpendicular spaces, as well as exiting parallel parking spaces.

Remote Park Assist remains optional and allows parking manoeuvres to be controlled using a smartphone.
The Macan also receives an upgraded wireless smartphone charging system. The charging pad in the centre console now supports up to 25 watts, compared with 15 watts previously.
Macan Range Is Now Fully Electric
The Macan is now exclusively available as a battery-electric model within Porsche’s lineup.
Production of the previous combustion-engine Macan ended in July. Porsche is not expected to introduce a new combustion-engine successor until 2028.
The latest updates therefore apply to Porsche’s current electric Macan range, covering the Macan, Macan 4, Macan 4S, Macan GTS and Macan Turbo.
