Porsche offers a camping experience to anyone interested in a three-day trip to the Black Forest and the Rhine-Hesse region by renting a Porsche Taycan Turbo S Cross Turismo equipped with a roof-mounted tent.
It costs around €2,490 ($2,621) per person. This price includes flights from/to Stuttgart airport or city center, roof tent with blankets, pillows and outdoor gear, meals (two breakfasts, three lunches, two dinners), and of course car keys for three days/ two nights.
According to Porsche’s official website, interested consumers can specify a detailed schedule. The first is in the Black Forest region where tenants will have the opportunity to drive an electric crossover on winding roads. Participants will enjoy nature with many recreational activities including hiking trails, ziplining, e-biking, SUP, and barbeque.
The Rhine-Hesse trip sounds a little more appealing to wine lovers. Where, participants can enjoy fine cuisine from a five-star chef, taste wine, and take a guided ride along a predetermined route.
For information, the Porsche Taycan Turbo S Cross Turismo is equipped with a 93.4 kWh battery, while the dual electric motors produce 617 hp or up to 751 hp in overboost mode. For anyone interested in driving an electric Porsche and then sleeping in it, Porsche has two dates available for the Black Forest trip (17-19 May and 6-8 September 2022) and one for the Rhine-Hesse trip (31 May and 2 June 2022). ).
Each group will have a maximum of eight participants so places are quite limited. To promote the trip, Porsche published several photos with two influencers, namely Frederic Siebold and Marisa Hampe.
