Porsche has unveiled the fully electric Cayenne Coupé at Auto China in Beijing, expanding its electric SUV lineup with a sportier body style. The model is now available to order, with pricing in Germany starting at €109,000.

The Cayenne Coupé Electric builds on the previously introduced Cayenne Electric SUV, which launched in late 2025, and is offered in three drivetrain variants: a base model, the S, and the Turbo. All versions feature dual-motor all-wheel drive.

Production of the Cayenne Electric range began in February at Porsche’s facility in Bratislava, where the models are assembled alongside combustion-engine and hybrid variants.

Porsche said the coupé version adopts a more dynamic design inspired by the Porsche 911, with a sloping roofline intended to enhance both aesthetics and aerodynamics.

“The gently sloping roofline sweeps elegantly over the car’s broad shoulders and gives the Cayenne Coupé a particularly sporty appearance,” said Thomas Stopka, Head of Exterior Design at Style Porsche. “Extroverted and clearly positioned, the new Cayenne Coupé Electric is a sports car through and through,” he added.

The model measures 4.985 metres in length and 1.98 metres in width, matching the dimensions of the SUV version, but is 24 millimetres lower at 1.65 metres. Luggage capacity stands at 534 litres, expandable to 1,347 litres with folded rear seats, with an additional 90-litre front trunk.

Technically, the vehicle is based on the Premium Platform Electric (PPE), which also underpins models such as the Porsche Macan Electric. The architecture enables ultra-fast charging using 800-volt technology, with DC charging rates of up to 390 kW and peak values of around 400 kW under certain conditions. Porsche said charging from 10% to 80% can be completed in approximately 16 minutes.

The improved aerodynamics of the coupé body result in a drag coefficient of 0.23, compared with 0.25 for the SUV, contributing to a WLTP range of up to 669 kilometres, depending on the variant.

The company said pricing for the coupé reflects a premium over the standard SUV, with the base version costing €3,800 more than the equivalent Cayenne Electric SUV, while the S variant carries a €3,900 increase. Pricing for the Turbo version remains unchanged.

The launch underscores Porsche’s continued expansion of its electric portfolio, combining high-performance characteristics with increased efficiency and range in the premium SUV segment.
