According to the China Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Promotion Alliance (EVCIPA), the total number of public charging piles in China reached 2.73 million by the end of 2023.

Additionally, the company operates 3,712 charging stations in China, which include supercharging stations and destination charging stations, providing a total of 21,601 charging piles.
Despite the recent Lunar New Year holiday slowdown, Nio has added 15 battery swap stations this month. This marks a slower pace compared to regular months.
Nio unveiled its fourth-generation battery swap station, featuring a new 640-kW supercharger, at the Nio Day 2023 event on December 23, 2023. Installation of this upgraded station, with 23 battery compartments and the capacity to handle 480 services in a single day, is set to begin in April.
