Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Nio disclosed that it delivered 15,959 vehicles in November, maintaining a steady trend compared to the 16,074 units delivered in October. The figures indicate a 12.56% year-on-year increase, with a marginal 0.72% decline from the previous month.

Breaking down the November deliveries, Nio distributed 10,545 SUVs and 5,414 sedans. The company’s product lineup includes the ES8, ES7, ES6, EC7, EC6, ET7, ET5, and ET5 Touring, encompassing both SUVs and sedans.

As of the end of November, Nio’s year-to-date deliveries reached 142,026 units, reflecting a notable 33.14% year-on-year growth. The cumulative deliveries since the company’s inception stand at 431,582 units.

Nio is set to reveal its third-quarter financial results on December 5, with the third-quarter deliveries totaling 55,432 vehicles, slightly exceeding the lower end of the projected range of 55,000 to 57,000 units.

Looking ahead, analysts from Deutsche Bank anticipate a moderate volume outlook in the mid-high 40,000 range for the fourth quarter. Nio has been making strategic moves, recently forming partnerships with Changan Automobile and Geely Holding to collaborate on battery swap initiatives.

These developments come against the backdrop of a dynamic and competitive electric vehicle market in China, where companies like Nio continue to navigate challenges while capitalizing on the growing demand for EVs in the region.
