Li Auto Delivers 51,000 Vehicles in July, Sets Record

Li Auto achieved record vehicle deliveries in July, driven by continued strong sales of its entry-level Li L6 model.

The Chinese automaker reported delivering 51,000 vehicles last month, marking the second instance of surpassing the 50,000-unit threshold, following 50,353 deliveries in December of the previous year. This figure represents a 49.41 percent increase from 34,134 vehicles delivered in July 2023 and a 6.75 percent rise from 47,774 units in June 2024.

Year-to-date, Li Auto has delivered a total of 239,981 vehicles, reflecting a 38.52 percent increase compared to the same period last year. As of the end of July, the company’s cumulative deliveries since its inception reached 873,345 vehicles.

Li Xiang, founder, chairman, and CEO of Li Auto, noted, “Li L6 sustained its robust sales performance with monthly deliveries continually exceeding 20,000, and has become a blockbuster model in the RMB200,000 to RMB300,000 price range.”

Li Auto’s current lineup includes the L-series extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) models ā€” Li L6, Li L7, Li L8, Li L9 ā€” as well as the all-electric Li Mega MPV. The Li L6, launched on April 18 with a starting price of RMB 249,800 ($34,490), began deliveries on April 24. In June, the model delivered 23,864 units, and July’s figures indicate that deliveries for this model exceeded this number for the second consecutive month.
