LeddarTech Holdings Inc. has announced a key milestone with its first major original equipment manufacturer (OEM) design win for its LeddarVision™ advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) solution. A global commercial vehicle manufacturer has selected LeddarTech as the fusion and perception software supplier for its 2028 model year vehicles, with project work set to begin immediately.
LeddarVision was chosen after a thorough evaluation, with its multi-modal sensor fusion capabilities using both cameras and radars being a significant factor in the decision.

The agreement includes engineering services revenue starting in 2025, with per-vehicle royalty revenue expected by late 2027.
The design win follows LeddarTech’s recent collaboration with Texas Instruments, which involved nearly $10 million in pre-paid royalties.
The company continues to focus on low-level fusion technology to provide cost-effective Level 2 (L2) and Level 2+ (L2+) ADAS solutions for both commercial and passenger vehicles.

LeddarTech’s LeddarVision platform aims to enhance vehicle safety and autonomy by utilizing AI-driven sensor fusion to meet industry standards. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Quebec City, LeddarTech develops AI-based sensor fusion and perception software for ADAS, autonomous driving (AD), and parking applications.
The company has filed over 170 patent applications, with 87 granted, and continues to advance sensor fusion and ADAS technology.
