Leapmotor has announced the official launch of its facelifted C10 SUV, scheduled for May 15, following a pre-sale campaign that started last month. The launch event will take place at 2:00 pm Beijing time, with the company offering exclusive benefits for customers who pre-order the model.
The updated C10, dubbed the 2026 C10, arrives a year after the original five-seat SUV was introduced in March 2024. As with its predecessor, the facelifted model is available in both extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) and battery electric vehicle (BEV) variants.
Pre-sales for the new C10 have begun, with the EREV variants priced from RMB 129,800 ($17,900), and the BEV variants starting at RMB 139,800. The updated model offers significant value for early adopters, with potential benefits of up to RMB 19,680 for those who pre-order.
In line with typical pricing trends in the Chinese electric vehicle market, the final retail prices at the official launch are expected to be lower than the pre-sale prices. Previous variants of the C10 were offered at higher starting prices, ranging from RMB 128,800 to RMB 168,800.
The facelifted C10 maintains the same dimensions as the original model, measuring 4,739 mm in length, 1,900 mm in width, and 1,680 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,825 mm. Both the BEV and EREV variants of the highest-priced models will feature LiDAR technology, continuing the trend set by its predecessor.
