IM Motors just launched the performance variant of the L7 on Tuesday and is starting to take pre-orders. IM Motors is a premium electric vehicle brand created by SAIC and Alibaba.

The IM Motors L7 performance variant comes in two versions, the IM Motors L7 Snake Performance Lite and the IM Motors L7 Snake Performance, with prices starting at RMB 478,800 ($65,500) and RMB 578,800, respectively.

The regular IM Motors L7 is an electric sedan with 5,098 mm, 1,960 mm and 1,482 mm, and a wheelbase of 3,100 mm. The regular IM Motors L7 comes in two versions, the L7 Dynamic, and the L7 Pro, priced at RMB 368,800 and RMB 408,800, respectively.

IM Motors L7 Snake Performance offers a sports package that includes a high-performance braking system, high-performance sports suspension and lightweight forged wheels.

The IM Motors L7 Snake Performance chassis can be lowered by 45 mm, resulting in a low center of gravity of 445 mm for better dynamic performance.

The IM Motors L7 Snake Performance gets an increase in power to 445 kW and a maximum torque of 730 Nm, with a power output of over 600 hp.

The regular IM Motors L7 itself comes with a dual motor with a peak power of 425 kW and a maximum torque of 725 Nm.

The name is also a performance model, IM Motors L7 Snake Performance is equipped with a suspension system, braking system, and more sporty tires.

The difference between the L7 Snake Performance Lite and the IM Motors L7 Snake Performance is that the latter comes with a more advanced package.
