Hyundai Elec City specifications : Everything you need to know

Hyundai Elec City has a maximum output of 240 kW with a length of 10,998 m and has a passenger seat capacity of 27+1. This emission-free vehicle has 326 hp of power and 102 Nm of torque.

This South Korean bus has two battery versions, the first 256 Kwh and 128 Kwh. The 256 kWh high-capacity battery is suitable for routes that consume large amounts of electricity with frequent traffic jams or hills, as well as for tour bus services.

If the bus continues to run at 73 kph, the bus can travel up to 290 kilometers per charge. For short distance routes, it is possible for the bus to operate three to four times in a row without being charged.

Thus, it ensures higher operating efficiency and profitability, when used during morning and evening rush hours. The 128-kWh battery can also be used for short-distance routes.

There are also ultrasonic sensors installed at the entrance and the middle of the bus to protect passengers from getting injured when getting on and off. Buses are also designed to help passengers using wheelchairs get on safely.

In addition, the bus also has a warning sound designed to alert pedestrians about the movement of the bus. The rear warning system is meant to prevent rear-end collisions in advance.
