Canadian EV charging company Hypercharge has launched Home Club, a residential charging program that provides eligible drivers with a Hypercharge Home Level 2 charger in exchange for a refundable CA$299 deposit and participation in a charging rewards scheme.
The program is aimed at EV drivers living in single-family homes across Canada and combines charging hardware, installation support and incentives linked to eligible home charging activity.
Home Club Combines Charger and Rewards
Members receive a Hypercharge Home Level 2 charger after paying the refundable CA$299 deposit. Hypercharge provides installation support through its network of partners.
XCharge North America Partners with Hypercharge to Expand EV Charging in Canada
Participants earn CA$0.03 per kWh for their first eligible home charging session. The reward rate increases to CA$0.11 per kWh after the charger records 1,500 kWh of eligible charging.
Once that threshold is reached, Hypercharge refunds the initial CA$299 deposit.
The program therefore links the cost of the charging hardware to continued use of the installed home charger.
Existing Hypercharge Customers Receive Additional Benefit
Hypercharge is also offering a limited-time incentive to existing Hypercharge Network customers who join Home Club using the same email address associated with their existing account.
Eligible participants can receive a $10 credit toward qualifying public and multi-family charging.

The company has not indicated how long the promotional offer will remain available.
Clean Fuel Regulations Support Program
Hypercharge said the Home Club program is supported by the economic value associated with residential EV charging under Canada’s Clean Fuel Regulations.
“Is supported by the value generated from residential EV charging under Canada’s Clean Fuel Regulations, which helps turn home charging activity into rewards for participating drivers.”
The regulatory framework provides the basis for the value that Hypercharge says helps fund the rewards offered through the residential charging program.
Canada Expands Charging Infrastructure
The Home Club launch comes as Canada continues to invest in EV charging and broader clean transportation infrastructure.
Earlier this year, the federal government announced more than CA$97 million in funding for 155 clean transportation projects across Canada, with most of the funding directed toward EV charging infrastructure.
Hypercharge’s new program adds a residential component to the country’s expanding charging ecosystem by combining home charging equipment, installation support and usage-based rewards for eligible EV drivers.
