Flyer has introduced its latest electric bicycle lineup, the 2025 Gotour EL series, during EUROBIKE 2024, offering three distinct variants tailored for urban commuting and leisurely rides. These models serve as entry-level versions derived from the brand’s original Gotour touring e-bike, initially launched in 2022.

Each variant of the Gotour EL series incorporates the Bosch Performance Line motor, paired with a Bosch PowerTube 625Wh battery and System Controller, delivering up to 75Nm of torque and supporting speeds of up to 25 kph (~16 mph). The bikes integrate smart functionalities through the Bosch eBike Flow app, enabling features such as journey tracking, navigation, and real-time ride statistics via smartphone connectivity.

The lineup includes the Gotour EL 3.40 equipped with a Shimano Nexus geared hub, the Gotour EL 3.20 featuring the Enviolo TR Mech hub, and the Gotour EL 3.12 XC sporting a Shimano Alivio 9 Speed Cassette 11-36t. These models are complemented by Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, Schwalbe tires, front and rear luggage racks, and integrated lighting for enhanced usability and safety.

Available in Jasper Green Gloss and Pearl White Gloss finishes, with a step-through aluminum frame offered in sizes XS/S, M, and L, the 2025 Flyer Gotour EL series caters to a range of preferences and rider sizes. Pricing for these models starts at €3,999 for the 3.12 XC, €4,199 for the 3.40, and tops at €4,399 for the 3.20, positioning them competitively within the e-bike market.

According to Flyer, the 3.12 XC is slated for release in fall 2025, with the 3.20 following in winter and the 3.40 becoming available in spring 2025. Interested customers can now pre-order these e-bikes through authorized dealers, marking Flyer’s proactive approach to meeting consumer demand for accessible and technologically advanced electric bicycles.
