Fisker has unveiled further insights into the Ronin electric supercar shortly after its introduction at the Product Vision Day event in California. Set to commence production in the latter half of 2025, the Ronin aims to redefine the concept of a “super GT convertible,” merging high-performance capabilities with an extended driving range.
The recent unveiling was accompanied by a comprehensive gallery of images showcasing the Ronin’s meticulously crafted bodywork, captured from various angles. When its retractable hardtop is lowered, the model’s appearance evokes comparisons to the Ferrari Roma Spider, albeit with an elongated four-door configuration.
Conversely, with the roof raised, the Ronin’s profile exudes the fusion of a sports car and sedan, evoking subtle reminiscences of the Mazda RX-8, infused with a distinct exotic flair. Contributing to the aesthetic finesse, the lightweight 23-inch carbon fiber wheels harmonize seamlessly with the folding hardtop.
Positioned on a unique aluminum space frame chassis, the Ronin integrates its battery cells, though specifics about battery capacity remain undisclosed. The targeted range is an impressive 600 miles (966 km). While comprehensive details about the electric powertrain are yet to be released, Fisker has committed to a combined power output exceeding 1,000 hp (745 kW / 1,014 PS).
This configuration facilitates a remarkable acceleration of 0-60 mph (0-97 km/h) in approximately 2 seconds and a top speed of 170 mph (275 km/h). While autonomous features will be available, the brand underscores that the core emphasis is on the driver’s engagement and experience.

Henrik Fisker, Chairman and CEO of the company, articulated that the Ronin concept was born from the ambition to reimagine the classic grand touring car for the modern era, catering to customers desiring a seamless journey from Los Angeles to Napa Valley without requiring intermediate charging or the ability to tackle the autobahn at sustained high speeds without range concerns.
In a market dominated by SUVs, Fisker has opted to introduce a low-slung supercar as its flagship model, boasting a spacious five-seater cabin and impressive cargo capacity within both front and rear trunks. Rear seat access is facilitated by rear butterfly doors, while the front doors operate electrically. Notably, all doors and the foldable carbon-fiber hardtop can be controlled remotely via a smartphone.
While visual details of the interior were limited in the provided press materials, attention was drawn to the 17.1-inch infotainment display, illuminated dashboard, and innovative yoke steering wheel integrating a digital instrument cluster and streamlined controls. Internally, the Ronin promises extensive utilization of recycled and sustainable materials, positioning itself as a contender for the title of “the world’s most sustainable supercar.”
