Dongfeng has introduced the Nammi 06, its latest compact electric SUV, at the Auto Shanghai show, marking the second model under its Nammi sub-brand. Built on Dongfeng’s Quantum Architecture Platform 3, the Nammi 06 will initially be sold only in China, with pre-sales scheduled to begin later this month.
Positioned above the previously launched Nammi Box (also known as the Nammi 01), the Nammi 06 is a 4.3-meter-long electric crossover comparable in size to the Nissan Kicks.

A launch is expected in 2025 with a reported starting price of around 100,000 yuan (approximately €12,000), based on earlier filings for a sales licence in China. Dongfeng has not ruled out international sales, raising the possibility of future exports to markets such as Europe, following the path of the Nammi 01.
The front-wheel-drive vehicle is equipped with a single electric motor delivering 135kW and a top speed of 150 km/h. It uses a Mach E battery that supports 3C fast-charging technology, enabling a charge from 30% to 80% in 18 minutes. This equates to an estimated 100 kilometers (62 miles) of driving range added in about five minutes of charging. Detailed specifications on the battery capacity have not yet been disclosed.
