The Corvette, one of the Chevy legends will be available in fully electric after 2023. There are no details regarding the specifications, battery and range used. Chevy only attached the initial video via their Twitter account.
However, whatever it is the Corvette, which is synonymous with American sports cars, will now be present in the electrification step of Chevy.
In the electrification strategy, some manufacturers do present an all-electric version of the already popular model first.

GM itself will only sell electric vehicles exclusively in 2035. GM’s electrification strategy so far has revolved around higher-priced vehicles like the Hummer EV.

The electric version of the Corvette may draw the ire of conservative fans of the internal combustion engine version, but on the other hand it could be new customers interested in EVs or looking for alternatives to the Porsche Taycan or Ford Mustang Mach-E GT.

GM’s electrification strategy is now almost present in all segments. Consumers who need an electric pickup truck, GM comes with the Silverado EV. If the customer needs a luxury car, GM comes with the Cadillac Lyriq. In addition, GM is also present in the mainstream market with the Blazer and Equinox models.
