European EV charging software provider chargecloud GmbH said it has partnered with Lemonflow Technologies to expand its marketplace with AI-based customer support tools, aimed at helping charge point operators (CPOs) manage growing service demands across Europe.
The integration enables automated, round-the-clock support for electric vehicle drivers via voice, chat and email, covering more than 30 languages. The system is designed to resolve common user queries without waiting times or additional staff training, while allowing complex technical cases to be escalated to human support teams.

According to chargecloud, Lemonflow’s AI agents can also access charging infrastructure remotely, enabling functions such as restarting charging stations, terminating active charging sessions and unlocking charging cables during support interactions. The company said these capabilities allow many technical issues to be resolved immediately.
“With the rapid growth of e-mobility and an expanding charging network, demands for service and availability are increasing – both for CPOs and EV drivers,” said Oliver Adrian, chief operating and revenue officer at chargecloud. “Through our cooperation with Lemonflow, we are expanding our ecosystem with a solution that enables reliable AI-based support without additional integration efforts.”
The AI solution underwent technical compatibility testing with chargecloud’s Charge Point Management System before being added to the marketplace, ensuring it can operate directly within the existing software environment without additional middleware.

Lemonflow said its AI agents are purpose-built for EV charging operations, supporting natural voice interactions and real-time language switching. Routine hotline requests are handled automatically, reducing call durations and operational costs, while maintaining a hybrid support model that routes more complex issues to human agents.
“The integration of our AI agents into the chargecloud ecosystem enables CPOs to reliably automate support processes while simultaneously improving service quality – in 30 languages and without recurring training efforts,” said Konstantin Huneke, co-founder and chief executive of Lemonflow Technologies.
chargecloud said the addition strengthens its marketplace strategy, which provides enterprise customers with centrally accessible, validated solutions to support the operation and scaling of EV charging networks as the European market continues to expand.
