BYD announced a partnership with Louwman Group, a European car dealer network, to provide new energy vehicles (NEVs) for the Dutch market.
Louwman Group as a dealer partner of BYD will open offline stores in several cities in the Netherlands. In addition Louwman Group will provide a full set of sales and after-sales services for BYD’s new energy vehicles.
Offline store openings will begin in September this year, with Amsterdam as the starting city for BYD’s pioneering stores in the Netherlands.

Earlier this year, BYD announced a major company decision to stop production of vehicles with internal combustion engines and focus exclusively on new energy vehicles. The company has technologies such as Blade Battery, DM-i Super Hybrid and e-Platform 3.0.

Meanwhile, the Louwman Group, founded in 1923, is one of the largest car dealer networks in Europe.
