Bulls, a prominent player in the e-bike market, unveils its latest offering, the Vuca Evo FSX1, positioned as a versatile trekking or SUV e-bike. This model, equipped with full suspension, caters to riders seeking adaptability on both challenging forest paths and smoother terrains typical of trekking routes.
The Vuca Evo FSX1 is designed with features characteristic of a trekking bike, ensuring its utility across a spectrum of scenarios. Bulls has integrated full suspension into the design, providing riders with the flexibility to navigate demanding trails. The e-bike's specifications include a permissible total weight of 150 kg (331 lb), enhancing its robust build.
Noteworthy features include built-in lights, mudguards, and a luggage rack suitable for accommodating backpacks and lightweight cargo. The placement of the luggage rack, just above the rear dropouts and connected to the frame, avoids imposing stress on the mounted EDGE LOR8 Trunnion Mount shock, ensuring optimal functionality.
The e-bike employs the Lytro 36 Supreme SL 1.8 Boost suspension system from Bulls, contributing to its versatile performance on varied terrains. Powering the Vuca Evo FSX1 is a Pinion MGU E1.12 mid-engine, delivering an impressive torque of 85 Nm and incorporating a 12-gear gearbox. The mid-engine's protective features, coupled with a belt drive, are anticipated to offer prolonged service life and virtually maintenance-free operation.
Customers can choose between two battery options, with capacities of 720 Wh or 960 Wh, further enhancing the e-bike's range and usability. While Bulls has not commented on the bike's weight, its adaptability and comprehensive feature set position the Vuca Evo FSX1 as a versatile choice for riders with diverse preferences and riding conditions.
