Volkswagen e-up! is basically the same car that uses an internal combustion engine. But in the electric version, the engine is replaced with a 230 kg lithium-ion battery (which is on the floor of the vehicle) and a 60 kW electric motor. The five-door body is also fixed, with nearly identical space for passengers and luggage as in the petrol model. MG Marvel R has rivals such as the Hyundai Kona Electric and Kia e-Niro squarely in its sights. It’s due on sale in the EU within a few months, but there are currently no plans to sell it in the UK. Ferrari’s new chief executive on Monday, January 10, unveiled a new organization and leadership change aimed at sharpening the technology focus and product exclusivity as the luxury sports car maker embraces electrification. The seven-passenger 2021 Rivian R1S sport-utility vehicle will be the second production vehicle from Rivian, a new electric-vehicle manufacturer based in Michigan. The 2021 Rivian R1S takes direct aim at the Tesla Model X, which is the only other three-row all-electric SUV currently available. The R1S will be also cheaper than the Model X when it goes on sale.
