Autel has launched its 400 kW MaxiCharger DS480 at Bangkok’s Central World, marking a key milestone in high-speed EV charging across Southeast Asia.

Developed in partnership with Zeekr and Evolt, the installation enables Zeekr 7X vehicles to achieve a full charge in roughly 15 minutes using Autel’s advanced air-cooled charging technology.

The deployment expands Bangkok’s urban EV infrastructure within one of the city’s busiest commercial districts. The charging hub integrates Autel’s intelligent management platform, providing real-time charge monitoring, route planning, and seamless mobile payment through the Evolt app. The system’s air-cooled thermal management ensures efficient performance under Thailand’s tropical climate conditions.

Henry He, Chief Executive Officer for Autel’s APAC Region, said the collaboration highlights the company’s dedication to delivering advanced, reliable, and user-friendly charging solutions to urban centers, supporting the rapid growth of electric mobility in Thailand.

As part of the launch campaign, Zeekr vehicle owners can enjoy complimentary charging at the Central World site from November 7, 2024, through December 31, 2025. The promotional period allows users to experience the station’s high-speed performance and ease of use while promoting broader EV adoption across the region.
