The Afeela EV was showcased at the CES 2023 earlier this year and was recently featured in the animated music video of one of South Korea’s most popular virtual pop stars, Apoki. Apoki is a rabbit-like being living somewhere in space and was created by AFUN Interactive, a Korean tech startup. When the company saw the Afeela’s first concept at CES, they were inspired by the car’s “message of pursuing mobility innovation.”
The Afeela electric vehicle was revealed as a concept sedan at CES in January and is said to be a preview of the real car that will be available for delivery in 2025. While Honda will handle the engineering, Sony will be responsible for the technology behind the vehicle.

Not many details have been revealed about the upcoming Afeela electric vehicle, but it is expected to feature cloud-based software, Level 3 autonomy, and a long list of entertainment features, including integration with PlayStation 5. The car will also have over 40 sensors, including cameras, radar, ultrasonic, and lidar, positioned all over the exterior to improve its ability to detect objects and drive autonomously.
The collaboration between Sony and Honda to create the Afeela electric vehicle is an exciting development for the future of electric cars. With cutting-edge technology and entertainment features, the Afeela EV is sure to turn heads on the road when it hits the market in 2025.
