UP.FIT, a company specializing in upfitting Teslas for fleet use, has unveiled the first Tesla Cybertruck Patrol vehicle designed for public safety officials. The UP.FIT Cybertruck combines Tesla’s electric vehicle technology with Unplugged Performance’s expertise in vehicle modification, offering a complete turn-key solution for police departments.
Equipped with a suite of warning lights, sirens, a PA system, and upgraded radio and computer systems, the UP.FIT Cybertruck is designed to meet the needs of law enforcement agencies.

It can also be customized for tactical, military, or search and rescue missions, with options such as prisoner partitions, storage for weapons and tools, K9 enclosures, and upgrades for extreme off-road use, including Starlink internet connectivity.
Unplugged Performance’s UP.FIT division is known for its expertise in upfitting Tesla vehicles and offers services such as electrification, infrastructure planning, consulting, and fleet management. They also provide state-of-the-art fleet management software, technical training, and certification for departments looking to enhance their maintenance expertise.

According to UP.FIT, orders for the Cybertruck Next-Gen Patrol are now being accepted, with deliveries expected as early as late 2024.
