The Avalanche Andretti FE team will switch to a Porsche powertrain instead of a BMW from the start of the ninth season of Formula E or next season.
Reporting from Thecheckeredflag.co.uk, BMW withdrew their factory team at the end of the seventh season.
But allowed Andretti to continue using their powertrain for an additional season.
As is known, the new rules for the ninth season in the Gen 3 era of the ABB FIA Formula E world championship will be applied.

“Porsche is committed to the Gen 3 era and will now also provide powertrains to customer teams along with their own TAG Heuer Porsche FE team,” said Roger Griffiths, Avalanche Andretti FE Team Leader, Friday (3/6/2022).
According to him, the ninth season will be an important year for the team.
Meanwhile, Michael Andretti as CEO of Andretti Autosport, said he was proud to be united with Porsche starting next season.
“Our Formula E journey started from season one and we are very proud now looking forward to the next generation,” said Andretti.
