Lepas has confirmed UK specifications for the L6 EV, the Chery-owned brand’s first fully electric SUV. The model will offer up to 279 miles of range from a 65 kWh LFP battery and will be available in two trim levels. UK order books are scheduled to open in early Q4 2026, although pricing has not yet been announced.
Two Trim Levels for UK Market
UK buyers will be able to choose between the Essence and Elevate versions of the L6 EV.
The Essence includes a range of technology, safety and comfort equipment, while the higher-spec Elevate adds additional luxury and convenience features together with advanced parking technology.

Standard equipment includes 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, a 13.2-inch touchscreen, a 540-degree camera system and 22 ADAS functions.
The Elevate adds heated, ventilated and electrically adjustable front seats, a Sony premium audio system and Advanced Parking Assist.
65 kWh LFP Battery and 160 kW Motor
Both L6 EV variants use a 65 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery and a front-mounted electric motor producing 160 kW (217 PS) and 275 Nm of torque.
Lepas quotes a maximum range of 279 miles for both versions.
The SUV accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in 7.9 seconds and has a top speed of 111 mph.
DC Charging in Around 22 Minutes
The L6 EV supports DC charging at up to 120 kW.
According to Lepas, the battery can be charged from 30% to 80% in approximately 22 minutes when connected to a suitable 120 kW charging station.

The vehicle also supports Over-the-Air and Firmware-over-the-Air updates, allowing software and vehicle functions to be updated remotely.
Long Warranty Coverage
Lepas will offer the L6 EV with a 17-year or 100,000-mile vehicle warranty.
The high-voltage battery will receive an eight-year or 100,000-mile warranty.
The L6 EV joins the L8 plug-in hybrid as part of Lepas’s UK range. The brand, which is owned by Chery, entered the UK market in 2026 with electrified SUV models.
