Chinese new energy vehicle maker Leapmotor showcased its compact electric SUV, the A10, at the Brussels Auto Show 2026, marking the model’s European debut following its global premiere in China late last year.
The A10, known as the B03X in markets outside China, is Leapmotor’s first global model built on its newly developed A platform. The compact SUV measures 4,270 mm in length, 1,810 mm in width and 1,635 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,605 mm, placing it squarely in the competitive compact SUV segment.
“Every product we deliver embodies a consistent commitment — to provide exceptional, affordable vehicles worldwide. The launch of the A10 continues this promise,” said Xin Tianshu, chief executive of Leapmotor International.

Leapmotor International is a joint venture between Stellantis and Leapmotor, with Stellantis holding a 51% stake. The partnership underpins Leapmotor’s overseas expansion strategy, particularly in Europe, where the company is seeking to scale sales and distribution.
The A10 offers a driving range of up to 500 kilometres and supports fast charging, allowing the battery to be charged from 30% to 80% in about 16 minutes, according to previously released specifications. The model is equipped with Qualcomm’s SA8650 smart driving chip and 8295P cockpit chip, while selected variants feature a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor to support advanced driver-assistance functions.
Leapmotor has said the top-spec A10 variant in China will be priced below 100,000 yuan ($14,330), with deliveries expected to begin in the first half of 2026. In China, the model is expected to compete with compact electric SUVs such as BYD’s Yuan Up and Geely’s Xingyuan, in a segment characterised by aggressive pricing and rapid product cycles.

The company has been expanding quickly through its partnership with Stellantis and said it now operates in more than 35 international markets, supported by over 1,800 sales and service outlets. In Europe, Leapmotor said it has launched three models within its first year, built more than 800 sales outlets and exceeded 35,000 vehicle registrations.
Leapmotor delivered 60,423 vehicles in December, bringing full-year 2025 deliveries to 596,555 units, more than double the previous year. The company has set a target of reaching one million annual vehicle sales in 2026, with longer-term ambitions of selling 4 million vehicles a year within the next decade.
