This year’s Paris Motor Show automotive exhibition is arguably quite interesting. The reason is, the exhibition which was held on European soil was actually enlivened by Chinese cars compared to European manufacturers.

In the exhibition, which will start on October 18, 2022, the Chinese manufacturers with the most luxurious areas are Great Wall and BYD.

Great Wall was even present at the prestigious auto show on the blue continent. They come with other brand divisions such as ORA, WEY and SERES.

The dominance of Chinese manufacturers at the French exhibition was due to the large number of European manufacturers who chose not to attend the event.

So far, it is known that several brands such as Fiat, Maserati, Alfa-Romeo, VW, Audi, Porsche, Skoda, BMW, Mini, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, to Ford did not come to the event. Even the French car company, Citroen, was also absent.

Forbes said the absence of big names was believed to be due to the high cost spent to appear at the 2022 Paris Motor Show.

Currently, many of the world’s automotive companies actually see it is much more efficient and economical if they carry out their own launch events. Moreover, in terms of news exposure, their products still get high attention.
