Zeekr, the premium electric vehicle brand of Geely, has opened pre-sales for updated versions of its Zeekr 007 and Zeekr 007 GT models, introducing hardware upgrades as part of its ongoing product updates in China.

The company said customers can pay 2,000 yuan ($290) during the pre-sales period to receive a 7,000 yuan deduction from the final purchase price. The official launch of the updated models is scheduled for April 10.

Both vehicles have been upgraded to a 900-volt high-voltage architecture, replacing the previous 800-volt system. The models are available with 75-kWh and 103-kWh battery packs, offering a maximum driving range of up to 905 kilometers under Chinese testing standards, according to the company.

The vehicles support charging rates of up to 6C, enabling battery levels to increase from 10% to 80% in approximately 10 minutes.

The updated Zeekr 007 is offered in both single-motor and dual-motor configurations. The single-motor version delivers a maximum output of 370 kilowatts, while the dual-motor variant adds a front motor rated at 215 kilowatts. The model can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 2.73 seconds, based on company specifications.

Both models are equipped with the Drive Thor-U chip developed by Nvidia, representing an update to driver-assistance capabilities. Zeekr previously said selected versions of the models would adopt the next-generation chip alongside the new high-voltage system, while interior designs would remain largely unchanged.

The current Zeekr 007 is priced between 209,900 yuan and 299,900 yuan, while the Zeekr 007 GT ranges from 202,900 yuan to 232,900 yuan.

Earlier reports indicated that the facelifted 007 GT could see an increase in its official guide price, as automakers face higher component costs and continued supply constraints in semiconductors.

Separately, Zeekr has also expanded its product lineup. Last month, the company launched pre-sales of its hybrid SUV, the Zeekr 8X, starting at 376,800 yuan ($54,640), with multiple variants available. The model follows the introduction of the larger Zeekr 9X and represents the brand’s second hybrid SUV.
