Xpeng has revealed the interior of its upcoming X9 EREV (extended-range electric vehicle) seven-seater MPV, showcasing premium materials, new lighting technology, and long-range capability. The unveiling follows the model’s debut on October 23.
According to the company, the X9 EREV’s cabin introduces a new “Cloud Rose Brown” color scheme accented by chrome trims and a 4.2-meter-long Ayous wood panel running across the dashboard. Xpeng said the aviation-grade reading lights are “AI-powered” to replicate natural light conditions, while the compact steering wheel measures 376 mm in diameter.

The model features independent second-row “zero gravity” seats equipped with massage, ventilation, and heating functions, as well as a refrigerator built into the center console. Measuring 5,316 mm in length with a 3,160 mm wheelbase, the MPV has a curb weight of 2,750 kg. Its exterior follows Xpeng’s “Land Aircraft Carrier” design concept, featuring the updated X-Robot Face 2.0 and a new cyan color option.
Powered by Xpeng’s Kunpeng Super Range Extension system, the X9 EREV combines a 1.5T range-extending engine rated at 110 kW (148 hp) with a 210 kW (282 hp) rear electric motor and a 63.3 kWh LFP battery from CALB-Tech. The vehicle achieves a CLTC comprehensive range of 1,602 km and supports 800V fast-charging for over 450 km of pure electric driving.

The existing battery-electric version of the X9 is already available in China in four trims, priced between 359,800 and 419,800 yuan ($49,900–$57,800), with range options from 650 km to 740 km.
