Chinese electric vehicle maker Xpeng said on Tuesday it will announce its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of 2025 on May 21, ahead of the opening of U.S. markets. Management will host an earnings call the same day at 8:00 a.m. ET (8:00 p.m. Beijing time).
The announcement follows a strong performance in the first quarter, with Xpeng reporting 94,008 vehicle deliveries — a 330.8% increase from 21,821 in the same period last year. The figure surpassed the upper end of the company’s prior guidance range of 91,000 to 93,000 units.

Xpeng delivered 35,045 vehicles in April, marking its second-best monthly total after December 2024, when it delivered 36,695 units. Total deliveries from January to April stood at 129,053, up 313.5% year-on-year.
Chairman and CEO He Xiaopeng said in February that the company aimed to double its 2024 deliveries, targeting approximately 380,000 vehicles for 2025. Xpeng had delivered 190,068 vehicles last year.

Looking ahead, the company is expected to launch a Max variant of the Mona M03 sedan later this month, equipped with enhanced intelligent driving features. In addition, Xpeng is preparing to unveil a new electric sedan as early as this week, according to sources familiar with the matter, as it expands its product lineup.
