Electric vehicle charging equipment maker XCharge said it has established dual global headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, and Austin, Texas, as part of a strategic restructuring aimed at strengthening its position in the world’s two largest clean-energy markets.

The Nasdaq-listed company said the move is intended to improve operational efficiency, support localized engineering and reinforce supply chains as it expands internationally. XCharge currently operates a global installed base of more than 9,000 chargers and maintains operations across more than 30 countries.
