X Shore has introduced the X Shore 1 Bowrider, a new addition to its electric boat range, following the Eelex 8000 and the X Shore 1. Priced at $139,000, the Bowrider 1 aims to offer a more accessible option for those seeking electric-powered boating.
The Bowrider 1 features a redesigned bow area with a spacious seating layout, providing a comfortable environment for passengers. Its electric propulsion system reduces noise compared to traditional engines, enhancing the experience of being on the water. The boat is powered by a 63 kWh battery, offering up to 50 nautical miles of range and a top speed of 30 knots, suitable for both leisure cruising and watersports.
Manufactured in X Shore’s Swedish facility, the 6.5-meter (21 ft) vessel incorporates a hull made from glass fiber and carbon fiber for performance and durability. The open transom provides convenient access to the water, while the adjustable deck layout allows for customization based on user preferences.
The Bowrider 1 is equipped with Garmin marine technology, including a 19-inch display for navigation, depth, and temperature data. Integration with X Shore’s app and Garmin smartwatches enables remote monitoring and control, offering convenience for users.
X Shore describes the Bowrider 1 as combining functionality, sustainability, and technology, aligning with the increasing interest in zero-emissions boating in regulated waterways.
